Hinata Hoshino, a fifth-grader, once takes Hana Shirosaki home with her. And for Hinata's sister Miyako, a student, meeting Hana for the first time is like falling in love. Although Miyako manages to interact with Hana largely normally, she is apprehensive of Hana due to her awkwardness and shyness. But despite Miyako's single-minded desire to approach Hana, Hana manages to gradually open up to her.
