Himiko, a young woman who works as a medium and ghost hunter, encounters paranormal phenomena increasingly frequently. She encounters the vampire girl Miyu while attempting to assist a young child who is unconscious.
This one is responsible for casting the Shinma creatures into the dark. But being a vampire, she typically need human blood to survive. Her victims are given the option of dying or continuing to exist in a dreamlike environment from which there is no way out. Himiko, on the other hand, has made the decision to go with Miyu in order to stop the terrible deeds. They embark on a journey and discover that they have a lot more in common than they had originally imagined.
