My Dress-Up Darling Cosplay

Wakana Gojo, a 15-year-old high school student, resides with his grandfather, who owns a modest business selling conventional Japanese dolls. Wakana, who has been attracted by his grandfather's trade since he was a young child, seeks to create the ideal dolls on his own, but this has made him an oddball at school without friends.

He meets his gorgeous classmate Marin Kitagawa, who is incredibly popular, constantly dressed in high fashion, and is friends with just about everyone, one day in the school's needlework room. Wakana tells Marin about her goal of cosplaying her favorite character when she learns that Marin can operate a sewing machine. Wakana is useful to Marin since he also makes the dolls' clothes, and when Marin welcomes him without making fun of his pastime, an unusual friendship forms between the two young people that helps them achieve more than just their goals.
