Mao sama Retry! is a comedy anime series about the misadventures of the gods. The story follows Mao, an ordinary high school student who is chosen by the gods to be their representative in the human world. With his new divine powers, Mao must protect the balance between humans and gods while trying to fit in with his peers. Alongside him are his friends, who help him out in various ways.
