One player out of every 10,000 in the well-known social media game Magical Girl Raising Project will have the chance to become a real Magical Girl. As a result, each Magical Girl has unique skills, and with their assistance, they must gather so-called Magical Candy, which they get when they assist others. However, one day the game's administration declares that there are too many Magical Girls in the city and that they must be cut in half by taking the powers away every week from the Magical Girl with the least amount of Magical Candy.
