The goblin Pino Pino pays the girl Yu a visit. She receives a mystery magic wand from this mascot, which she can use to transform into Creamy for an entire year. She quickly gains fame as a vocalist as a result. Of course, not even Yu's parents are allowed to know that Yu is truly Creamy because if they did, Yu would suddenly lose her magical abilities. The only issue thus far has been Yu's sandbox friend Toshio, who is madly in love with Creamy.
