The bond and affection between a father and daughter are the subjects of Kakushigoto. The focus is on manga artist and lonely father Kakushi Gotou, whose best-selling manga work has some very obscene stuff. The issue? His little daughter Hime should not read these manga because of their adult-oriented content. Therefore, Kakushi's primary objective is to do whatever it takes to keep Hime away from his work. He then finds himself in a variety of awkward situations.
