Fate/Extra Last Encore is an anime series based on the Fate/stay night visual novel by Type-Moon. The story follows Hakuno Kishinami, a student who finds themselves in the midst of a war between seven magi and their Servants as they battle for control of the Moon Cell Automaton, a powerful artificial intelligence. With no memory of how they got there, Hakuno must team up with their Servant to survive and find out what's going on. Along the way, they'll meet allies and enemies from other timelines as well as uncover secrets about the Holy Grail War and its mysterious overseer, Aka no Saber.
