Dr. Slump is an overly enthusiastic but brilliant inventor. Arale Norimaki, a robot manikin, is arguably his most popular creation (jap.: small rice cookie). Sadly, Dr. Slump unintentionally gave tiny Arale a bit too much strength and fury, and as a result, she flies around the home and hamlet like a tornado. Dr. Slump and the other residents of Penguin House are nearly insane because of Arale's strange notions. There is a lot to laugh about, experience, and learn with her, so no one is upset with her for very long.
