Ritsuka Tachibana is a second-year student at the Shikou School. She cheerfully navigates her daily activities with her mother Maria. Even their school lives are everything but interesting. However, this changes when her mother is kidnapped one day by unknown people, who also trash the apartment. But when she calls the police, it appears as if nothing happened; except her mother is still missing.
Ritsuka starts her own research while enlisting the assistance of the four school speakers Rem, Urie, Mage, and Shiki who have developed a strange interest in her. Additionally, their brother Lindo returns quickly from England. Ritsuka quickly realizes that it appears to be about more than just her mother disappearing.
