Bubble Cosplay

Tokyo is sealed off from the rest of the world after mysterious bubbles shower down and suspend gravity. Young people who have lost their families now compete in parkour battles among themselves, performing ever-dangerousr moves. One of them, Hibiki, crashes one day and is saved by a weird female by the name of Uta. Hibiki rapidly learns that Uta has unusual abilities and that they are the only people who can hear a weird sound. They discover things that will fundamentally alter their reality as they strive to figure out what's going on.
