Borderlands Cosplay

Borderlands is a mix between an open world RPG or role playing game, and a first person shooter. The game series takes place in a western type setting that is also post apocalyptic. Open world means no linear game path, rather you explore freely throughout the map picking up quests along your way to progress your story. The game offers a very deep and well put together main story quest chain as well as a multitude of side quests.

Borderlands has a random tier based loot systems when killing mobs (non boss level enemies) as well as for the bosses, with a few exceptions such as quest rewards etc I'm sure.

The animations have a very graphic novel type feel which really makes it stand out from other games of this genre. Very solid movement and fight mechanics, immersive story line and multiple ways to build your character and play. All in all a solid choice for anyone looking to play a shooter with a good story or a role playing game with solid mechanics. Would definitely recommend.
