Blue Lock is a sports anime series based on the manga of the same name written by Kōhei Horikoshi. It follows Yoichi Isagi, a former professional soccer player who has been out of the game for three years. He is invited to join a new team called Blue Lock, which is made up of players who are all considered to be geniuses in their respective sports. Together, they must work together to win the national tournament and prove that they are truly the best in Japan.
