In Blend-S, a young woman named Maika Sakuranomiya searches for employment in order to pay for future study abroad expenses. She can't obtain a job because of her cruel appearance, which is an issue.
However, the Italian Dino offers her a job in the café one day, and she accepts it without hesitation. However, this café is not your typical one, as each waitress has been given a distinct personality, such as the tsundere, the idol, the big sister, or the little sister. As a result, the staff members cater to both their fetishes and clients in a unique way! Dino gives Maika a very particular part—the sadist.
