In the not too distant future, a German city experiences a string of unexplained occurrences. Resurrected corpses become hideous monsters who attack people. The locals are terrified and accuse the devil.
At the same time, living beings who have the ability to transform into monsters arise. Although they can use their abilities while fully conscious, they are accused of being devils. Some people use their power for revenge, some for self-achievement, and some for justice. They have been dealt a horrible fate, regardless of their ambitions.
