The protagonist of the story is Tsubasa, who begins her new position in the A&R division of the significant record label Gandala Music. She has been given direct responsibility for managing the B project, which consists of the idol groups Kitakore, THRIVE, and MooNs. Tsubasa's first work overall causes her to become involved in numerous incidents and mishaps as she develops a close bond with the groups of young men, each of whom has a unique personality.
